Description: NA The US Army Research Laboratory, Weapons and Materials Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005, intends to award on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 with Technical Solutions Group Inc, North Charleston, SC for the purchase of 2 ea ch Mine Protected Vehicle Capsule Test Structures. Award will be made within the month of December 2002. Delivery date is within 14 weeks of contract award. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the agency will consider all pr oposals received prior to the closing date of this notice. No telephone requests will be honored.
