Description

NA Work consists of maintenance dredging of approximately 378,000 cubic yards of unclassified material from Port Royal Entrance Channel, Beaufort County, South Carolina, which shall be placed in the ocean dredged material disposal site (ODMDS). The work incl udes providing a disposal-area report and complying with the requirements of the Endangered Species Act and Marine Mammals Protection Act. The solicitation document will be available on or about December 30, 2002. The NAICS code for this project is 237990 with a size standard of $17.0 million. Contractor must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registry (CCR) prior to award of this solicitation. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Magniture of this project is between $1 million and $5 million. Specifications will be issued only as an Electronic Bid Set (CD-ROM format)at no cost.
