Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division intends to initiate a procurement for Single Processor Boards and Accessories on a sole source basis with Synergy Microsystems Incorporated, 9605 Scranton Road, Suite 700, San Diego, CA 92121-1773 for the part number listed below, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Synergy Microsystems Incorporated is the sole manufacturer and the sole qualified supplier of this equipment at the present time. The Single Processor Boards and Accessories must support the C-12673/UPX, Control Indicator and AN/UPX-36 (V) Central Identification Friend or Foe systems and have to be integrated for the systems drivers to operate Seawind software. The Synergy Microsystems Incorporated Single Processor Boards and Accessories are the only commercial-off-the-shelf items that can meet the Government minimum requirements. This action will be processed as a commercial acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12. The Government anticipates award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract.
