Description

UNICOR, FPI intends to enter into a Requirements type contract for Stretch Wrap (Mattresses), (UNICOR Part Nos. PKG0417, PKG0418, PAC1617, PAC1676). The period of performance shall be three years. Delivery is FOB Destination, FCI Dublin, CA. Delivery Acceptance is 30 Days After Receipt of each Delivery Order. The delivery order minimum quantities are: Line item 0001 - 600 Lbs (based on 300-pound rolls), Line item 0002 - 600 Lbs (based on 300-pound rolls), Line item 0003 - 175 each (based on boxes of 35 each), and Line Item 0004 - 150 each (based on boxes of 30 each). Bid samples are required in order to compare product quality and conformance with specifications. This requirement will be domestic only. The evaluation factors are: Past Performance, Ability to Perform to the Specifications, and Price. Additional information will be provided in the solicitation. All interested and responsible sources are encouraged to submit an offer which shall be considered. No telephone requests will be honored. A full copy of the solicitation may be retrieved from the Federal Business Opportunity's web page (www.eps.gov) on or about December 9, 2002. One original signed copy of the solicitation is to be completed and sent by overnight delivery, courier, or hand carried to 400 First Street, N.W., 6th Floor, Washington, DC 20534, ATTN: Carolyn B. Lee. Due to security considerations, we do not recommend sending proposals via U.S. mail.
