- PR Number: FD2020-03-20558 Item: 0001 NSN: 1377-01-165-5942ES, P/N: 9391465-2, Cartridge uses a four pin connector design using a dual circuit to provide redundant exploding bridgewire capability. Device requires discharge of at least 1200 volts from a 0.5 microfarad capacitor into two exploding bridgewires of initiators EBW/EED. In storage, cartridge is protected by a metal shielding cap on pin end and a plastic cap on vent end. Without caps installed, cartridge is 1.2" long, 0.75" diameter on cylinder, and 0.972" across hex. It weighs approx 0.09 lb. Appl to: AGM86. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing sources(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Although, by DoD-STD-100 definition, altered and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review discloses that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained. The requirements of FAR 9.202(A) have been completed and copies of the qualification requirements and standards may be obtained as described in this solicitation. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements is cited in each individual solicitation. See Note(s) 8.
