Description

Notice to Intent to Use Other Than Full and Open Competition: The U.S. Government currently occupies 5,100 rsf of space at 1208-B Main Street in Daphne, Alabama under lease. The General Services Administration plans to negotiate an expansion of 2,000 rsf at the same location based on economic, mission and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors are supportive including all relocation costs. All services, supplies, utilities and required tenant alteration are to be included as part of the rental consideration.
