- REPAIR F110-GE-400 2ND STAGE NOZZLE SEGMENT SOL F34601-02-R-0398, 0C-ALC/LPKPA TINKER AFB OK 73145-3032. For additional information contact Billie Kindschuh/LPKPA/(405) 734-8094. Item 0001 Input/Output NSN: 2840-01-191-1936PR, P/N: 1276M96P02. Repair F110-GE-400 2ND Stage Nozzle Segment. Anticipate award of a one-year contract for 500 each. Applicable to F110 engine. Destination: Tinker Air Force Base OK 73145. Repair consists of rework/repair 2nd Stage Nozzle Segment, disassemble, clean, inspect, repair defects. Item Description: 15 individual segments make up the Low Pressure Turbine Stage 2 Nozzle, which supports the Stage 2 inner airseal. The function is to direct the flow of gas path air through the Low Pressure Turbine, between the stage 1 and stage 2 blades. Delivery: Item 0001: 100 each per month starting 30 days after receipt of order and reparable assets. Qualification requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. These qualification requirements apply to line item(s) 0001. Approved Sources: GE Engine Services, Cincinnati OH 45215. The approximate solicitation issue date is 20 Sep 2002. The approximate solicitation response date is 27 Sep 2002. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation through FedBizOps at http://www.eps.gov/. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304?(1), Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
