Description

This is a sole source, spares requirement for NSN: 6130-01-240-4824SO; P/N: 3351310-3; Noun: Power Supply applicable to the MC-130H Aircraft Intercom System. This requirement is for a basic quantity of 1 each plus a basic year option quantity range of 1-5 each. There are two outyear options. The first outyear option is for a quantity range of 1-5 each and the second outyear option is for a quantity range of 1-5 each also. Destination: Robins AFB, GA 31098. Delivery: 1 each due 30 Sep 03. Firm-Fixed-Price contract to be issued to Cage Code: 00816, Palomar Products, Inc., 23402 Arroyo Vista, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688-2604. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1)as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Data or rights are not owned by the Government and cannot be made available to other sources. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation.
