Description
This acquisition is for the following item(s). Item 0001 NSN: 1680-01-466-6208GC, P/N: 724-8104, Noun: Grip Assembly, item(s) applicable to HH-60G Helicopter. FUNC: Multi functional switch enclosure used for horizontal flight of the aircraft. Grips pre and is attached to the cyclic tube. DIM: H=8.5", W=2.5" L=5.2", MAT: Polypropylene, nylon & plastic switches-plastic w/contacts and wiring. The basic quantity is 8 each. There will be two (2) out year options with a quantity range of 1-13 each for Option I and a quantity range of 1-6 each for Option II. Estimated total quantity will be twenty (27) each. No technical data is available. Destination: Robins AFB GA 31098, Delivery is 8 each on or before 30 June 2003. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. Only One or a Limited number of Responsible Sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and or to communicate concerns, if any concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsperson has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsperson is not to diminish the authority of the program director or the contracting officer, but to communicate serious contactor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsperson will maintain strict confidentially as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsperson does not participate in the evaluation of proposals in the source selection process.
