Description

NA This is Amendment 01 to Combined Synopsis/Solicitation DAAE20-03-R-0041 issued 25 November 2002. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date of the solicitation from 11 December 2002 to 12 December 2002 and delete existing Description for Purchase 421 dated 19 September 2002 at Addendum 7 and replace it with revised Description for Purchase No. 421 dated 27 November 2002. OFFERORS MUST ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THIS AMENDMENT PRIOR TO THE HOUR AND DATE SPECIFIED IN THE SOLICITATION OR AS AM ENDED. FAILURE OF YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TO BE RECEIVED AT THE PLACE DESIGNATED FOR THE RECEIPT OF OFFERS PRIOR TO THE HOUR AND DATE SPECIFIED MAY RESULT IN REJECTION OF YOUR OFFER. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. Signed and dated offers are due by 12 December 2002 4:30pm CST.
