NSN: 5306-00-008-5027, PRON AX2C0295, Part Number BACB30ST8-35, Quantity: Min/Max 240/1927, applicable to the (BK) CH-47, F.O.B. origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Articl e Testing is 401 each, 180 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 108 DACA. Required delivery without First Article is 401 each, 120 DACA. This item is restricted to The Boeing Co (Vendor Code 77272), Avibank Mfg (Cage Code 84256) and SPS Technologies Inc (Vendor Code 56878). This part must be acquired from the manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DOD-STD- 100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Although, by DOD-STD-100 definition, altered and s elected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review disclosures that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described a bove are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submi t an offer that shall be considered by the Agency. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export C ontrol Act (Title 22, USC, Sec 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC, App 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. The closing date an notated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to closing date stated above NOTES: 23 and 26
