Description

NA The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for Fourty (40) each with a 100% option, Receiver Protectors, NSN: 5840-01-088-6659, which is part of end item P/O AN/TPQ-36. The above item must be fully and successfully integrated into the end item. The Government does not currently possess the necessary technical data to enable competition for this item. Communications and Power Industries, Inc. (CPI) is the only source who possesses the capability and knowledge required to satisfy the Gover nment?s requirements. This is a sole source acquisitions with CPI authorized under 10 USC 2304(c)(i). This notice is not to be considered a request for offer/proposal from other sources. The US Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) has es tablished the BOP Website to allow electronic transmittal of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotes (RFQs) and Invitation for Bids (IFBs) from CECOM to industry. All parties interested in doing business with CECOM are invited to access, operate , send and receive information from the BOP at (http://abop.monmouth.army.mil). Upon accessing this webpage, click on CECOM Business Opportunities. You may access potential Business opportunities by simply typing ?guest? for the login ID and password.
