Description: The Contractor shall furnish all application equipment, supplies and materials (except for Government furnished property) to seed designated burned and unburned areas with BLM specified seed at the rate specified using appropriate application equipment and delivery method. This contract will allow for increased quantities not-to-exceed twenty Percent (20%) of the total contract price. The projected issue date is December 17, 2002.
