- Description
- The U.S. Department of State, Office of Acquisitions, intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Watson Wyatt & Company, to provide data on direct compensation and benefits. They conduct compensation surveys in approximately sixty countries and provide consolidated framework reports for six countries in order to provide International Companies with data regarding the appropriate pay and benefit levels for locally employed staff overseas. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Government intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Watson Wyatt & Company, has been determined to be the only reasonably priced item and meet the specifications.
