Description
ISSUE DATE: December 23, 2002. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to repair two (2) hydraulic passenger elevators at USCG ISC Boston, MA, Building 1 (Suffolk County). Work includes removal of existing hydraulic jacks and associated cathodic protection system, installation of new PVC liners and hydraulic jacks having a rise of approximately 55 feet (5-stops), and related incidental work. One elevator must remain operational. NAICS code is 238290, with a size standard of $12M. Estimated cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance is estimated to be a total of 115 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Award will be based on best value to the Government (Past Performance, Technical Approach (including scheduling), and Price.
