Description

This is a sole source, spares requirement for NSN: 5998-01-399-3931SO; P/N: 2962928-4; Noun: Circuit Card Assembly applicable to the MC-130H Aircraft on the AAQ-17 System. This requirement is for a basic quantity of 1 each with a basic year option quantity range of 1-5 each. There are two outyear options. Each outyear option has a quantity range of 1-5 each also. Destination: Robins AFB, GA. Delivery: 1 each by 30 September 2003. A firm-fixed-price contract will be issued to Cage Code - 96214, Raytheon Company, 2501 West University Drive, McKinney, TX 75070. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Data or rights are not owned by the Government or, where owned, cannot be made available to other sources. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation.
