Description

HQ AMC/DOYR anticipates issuing an RFP on or about 17 December 2002 for Air Terminal and Ground Handling Services for Air Mobility Command at Norman Manley International Airport, Kingston, Jamaica. Services include, but are not limited to provide technical support, personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and other items and services. As a minimum, the contractor shall facilitate on-time aircraft departures and work all Air Mobility Command missions requiring ground handling services. Period of performance is on or about 01 March 2003 to 30 September 2003 with two, one-year option periods. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. A Pre-proposal conference will be held at Charleston AFB, SC, U.S.A. on 07 Jan 03 at 9:30 AM. Names of attendees (not to exceed 2 per company) must be submitted no later than close of business on 03 Jan 03.
