Description: This is a personal services contract, where contractor shall provide physical therapy services at the United States Army MEDDAC-Japan in accordance with established principles, practices, and ethics of the physical therapy profession. SOFA status will not be provided with this contract therefore, offerors must be licensed to work in Japan. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
