- The purpose of this amendment 0004, is to provide a hard copy of the Collective Bargaining Agreement referenced in amendment 003, for Facility Operation & Maintenance Support. The Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) ends on 9/30/03; there are no rates agreed upon between the contractor and union beyond these dates. Offerors must baseline those labor categories covered under the CBA with the CBA rates for performance through 9/30/03; rates for successor years will be governed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation clause 52.222-43. This clause may be accessed at www.arnet.gov/far. The date for receipt of proposal is hereby extended to December 9, 2002 at 3:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. If proposals are hand-carried, they must be delivered to the employee entrance at 13th and C Sts, SW, Washington, DC 20228. If a courier is used, the courier must call Christina Tayman, 202-874-3235, for pickup of the proposal; the police officers will not accept proposals dropped off at the employee entrance. If mailed, the address for mailing is as per the Contracting Office address in this notice. The amendment and attachment will be issued electronically on the Federal Business Opportunity website at www.eps.gov.
