- Description
- The vendor shall propose 4 dial-up platforms that will meet the following mandatory requirements: (1) Platform #1 to support 25,000 remote locations with 2,500 concurrent users connecting at 28.8 KBPS or higher. Platform #2 to support up to 200,000 short bursty calls (average connect time of 3 minutes or less) per day. This platform needs to be locked to a specific baud rate (currently 19.2K). Platform #3 to support about 800 sites located throughout the 50 states and Puerto Rico with up to 276 concurrent users. Platform #4 to provide 46 modems connecting at 28.8 KBPS or higher. This platform is to be identical to platform #1 and will be utilized by USPS and vendor for troubleshooting platform #1 and for access by key executives.
