Description

The work includes furnishing all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide HVAC maintenance services at the housing areas of Cherry Point, NC. These services include providing all repair parts, replacement equipment and supervison as required for inspection, maintenance, repair or replacement of all heat pump systems in 1,329 housing units. NAISC Code is 811412 with a size standard of $6,000,000. Contract period of performance is 8 months with no options. Hard copies of plans and specs are no longer available. Electronic solicitation will be at the Esol website at http:esol.navfac.navy.mil. Telephone requests for planholders and bidders list will not be available. Bid opening date of 7 January 2002 is an approximate date. Site visit date has not been determined but will be in the solicitation.
