- Description
- Provide Grounds Maintenance Services at McGuire AFB New Jersey. The contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, supplies, equipment, supervision, labor and other items necessary to perform grounds maintenance services on McGuire AFB NJ in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall provide grounds maintenance to on and off base locations and comply with all local, State, and Federal laws and regulations. The contract will be a requirements contract with a base year and four one-year options periods of 12 months each. Performance period will begin 1 Oct 2002 - 30 Sep 2003. A pre-proposal conference and site visit is tentatively scheduled for on or about 15 Jul 02. If planning to attend the site visit and in order to ensure access to McGuire AFB NJ, prior coordination with the 305th Contracting Squadron is mandatory. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561730, Landscaping services, and a size standard of $6.0M. This procurement will be solicited using FAR Part 12 procedures. This solicitation will be issued and available for viewing and downloading on FEDBIZOPP on or about 24 June 2002 at http://www.eps.gov. Performance Price-Trade Off evaluation factors will be included in the solicitation. (Note: Paper copies will not be issued) All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE CODE) and DUNs number and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr2000.com.
