Description

NA Solicitation: DAAB07-03-Q-A209 - Electronic parts kit in support of AN/PSC-5 and AN/PSC-7. A non-competitive negotiation is proposed with Trivec-Avant Corp because the procurement is confined to the contractor's part number and must be compatible in form, fit, and function with existing equipment. Item is NSN: 5895-01-388-4428 and manufacturer's part number is 2040-103-2 for a quantity of 200. The government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to purchase this pa rt from other than the current source. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The government provides this data without assuming responsibility for its accuracy or for any conclusions or interpretati ons which may be drawn from this data.
