Description

Nonpersonal Service: The contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, materials, and other items and services necessary to provide furnishing management services at Lackland AFB, Kelly Annex, Medina Training Annex, and Camp Bullis Training Annex, Texas. The Government reserves the right to add any military installations to the furnishing management services contract at any time. Military installations data, information, workload estimates, etc., will be provided if and when requirements are requested, and shall be negotiated at that time. A firm-fixed price requirements contract is contemplated, with a basic period and four option periods of one year, commencing on 01 Oct 2002 or date of award whichever is later. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 484110, with a small business size standard of $21,500,00.00. The successful contractor will be selected using Performance Price Trade-Off procedures, resulting in the best value to the Government. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 16 Aug 2002. It will be available only via Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.eps.gov). No paper copies will be furnished. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. To be eligible for award, offerors shall be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr2000.com or via telephone 1-888-352.9333.
