- This modification is hereby issued to address the following: (1) Inquiries must be submitted to the Contract Specialist or Contracting Officer prior to the close of business on December 10, 2002. (2) The evaluation will use a subjective rating to determine the best value to the government. (3) The physical work site is not defined in the statement of work. It is the responsiblity of the offeror to determine the work site requirements. (4) The due date for offers is not postponed as a result of this modification.
