- The presolicitation notices posted on 17 May 2002 and 11 Jun 2002 is modified to make the following changes: A. Change All responsible sources may submit a bid proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency to read: Only all responsible HUB-ZONE certified companies will be considered for award. B. Change the contract will be a requirements contract with a base year and four option periods to read: The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with a base period and four one-year option periods of 12 months each. C. Change the performance period will begin 1 Oct 2002 to 30 Sep 2003 to read: Performance period will begin 1 April 2003 through 30 September 2003. D. Change the pre-proposal conference and site visit from 15 Oct 2002 to read pre-proposal conference and site visit is tentatively scheduled for on/about 21 Jan 2003. If you plan to attend, it is mandatory that you contact our office NLT 16 Jan 2003. E. Change solicitation date from 24 Jun 2002 to read: This solicitation will be issued and available for viewing and downloading on FEDBIZOPS on/about 7 Jan 2003.
