- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information contained in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09. The NAICS code is 421430 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The National Library of Medicine has a requirement for the following products/services: 1. Model B6938AA HP OV ITO Management Module Tier 1 (42 each.) 2. Model B6938AA-0S6 First Year of System Support Option (42 each.) 3. Model B7466AA HP OV SPI Oracle Tier 1 LTU (4 each.) 4. Model B7466AA-0S6 First Year of System Support Option (4 each.) 5. Model B7465AA HP OV SPI Oracle Tier 2 LTU (4 each.) 6. Model B7465AA-0S6 First Year of System Support Option (4 each.) The products/services will be awarded on lowest cost basis. VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO BID ON ALL OR NONE BASIS. RESPONSES SHALL BE SENT VIA EMAIL TO: NSANGOS@MAIL.NLM.NIH.GOV.
