Description: NA This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for modified commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and 13.105 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The U S Army intends to make this procurement on a non-competitive, negotiated firm fixed price basis with MORAD Manufacturing INC. However, all responsive sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the Agency. This will be on an all or nothing b asis. The request for proposal number (RFP) assigned to this acquisition is DAAB07-03-Q-B402. This acquisition is to procure 147 each, Heavy Duty Radiators, NSN: 2930-01-470-0217, Manufactures part number 409332-001, P/O 15kW Patriot Generator with a 100 % option. Offertory shall provide copies of warranties with proposal to include info rmation of the length of warranty, effective dates, specific terms and conditions and warranty service provider with company name and contact numbers (telephone, fax, etc.) MARKING / BARCODING: are required IAW ANSI/AIM-BCI, Uniform Symbology Specificatio n Code 39 and MIL-STD-129. PACKAGING AND PACKING: shall be IAW with ASTM D 3951-98, best commercial practices. Solicitation requirements and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-45. FOB Destinat ion to New Cumberland Depot.
