Description

Provide management, supervision, labor, equipment and tools, supplies and materials, except for specified Government-furnished property, required to effectively, efficiently and satisfactorily perform the recreation site maintenance, including maintenance of the surrounding area which will be specified in the solicitation document. Approximately 10 acres and contains camping, picnic and parking areas, fishing and boat ramp access, and a recreational vehicle (RV) dump station. There are 8 concrete toilets, 56 concrete picnic tables, 47 metal grills, 5 water fountains, 14 water hydrants, 1 boat ramp, 1 fish cleaning table, 1 RV dump station, 1 kiosk, 1 storage shed, 1 visitor station, roads, signs and various other appurtenances. The project runs 7.5 months full time during spring, summer and fall and part-time 4.5 months late fall through the winter.
