Description

The United States Air Force intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the lease of one (1) each MI 8/17 Helicopter, Hurlburt Field, FL. Terms and conditions of Lease Statement of Requirements with Incidental Services, shall be utilized. Proposal evaluation factors shall include the following: Mission Capability and Price. Mission Capability shall be significantly more important when compared to price. Anticipated date to issue the solicitation is 18 September 2002. Paper copies of the solicitation will NOT be issued, but the RFP will be available on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) at the following web address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 532411 with a small business size standard $5.0M. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, for a basic one year period and two (2) option periods. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business participation. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-SEP-2002).
