- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will be available upon request. This solicitation, number N00259-03-T-0021, is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-10. This is an indefinite delivery type solicitation issued in accordance with FAR 12 & 13, including the terms and conditions as stated in 50.000-5006. The contractor shall provide CLIN 0001: Refurbish/Exchange RIGID ENDOSCOPE, Sizes: 1.9mm, 2.4mm, 2.7mm and 4mm. Quantity: 40, Unit of Issue: Each. Performance period: 01 January 2003 through 31 December 2003.
