- Air Force Research Laboratory, Materials Manufacturing Technology Division (AFRL/MLLP ) solicits research proposals for he Microstructural Characterization of Materials. The purpose of this program is to perform microstructural characterization research of aerospace materials and to advance the state-of-the-art of materials characterization by developing new and improved characterization techniques, methods and equipment.
