The wording on this notice gave the incorrect impression that this requirement would be awarded as a multi-year contract; that is not the case. It is expected that this req uirement will be awarded as a multiple year contract with the base year period of performance to be 01 April 2003 through 31 March 2004 and one option period which if exercised will be 01 April 2004 through 31 March 2005.
