Description: RCO Far East is intending on awarding a sole source Purchase Order to AMAT-Int?l for the installation of a SMT Power Pressure Washing System. The power pressure washing system is the standard washing system for dining facilities on the island. AMAT-Int?l is the subcontractor for SMT power pressure washing system. This contract action has been deemed noncompetitive because SMT has certified that AMAT-Int?l is the only sole qualified SMT installer for the Okinawa market.
