Description: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, parts, materials, labor, supervision and all other items and services necessary to perform School Bus Maintenance and Repairs Services for 35 Class "C" Bluebird, Yellow School Buses of which ten (10) are equipped with Trans-Air Conditioning Systems and three (3) Buses are equipped with Antilock Brake Systems (ABS) for District Superintendent Office, Guam DDDESS Schools, as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
