Synopsis for F09603-03-R-30788, posted on 4 Dec 02, is rescinded in its entirety and the following combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items applies: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F09603-03-R-30788, and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-10. Contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure are as follows: 0001 6610-01-487-5629LG 13 ea Electronic Flight Indicator (EFI) PN 429300-500 Required delivery date: 30 Apr 2003. Required delivery point: FB2065, Robins AFB GA 31098; FOB: origin; Inspection and acceptance at origin. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Evaluation of the proposal will be on price and price related factors.
