Description

Sources Sought Synopsis The Social Security Administration (SSA) is looking for vendors who can provide maintenance (including all parts, an experienced manufacturer certified technician on-site 8-5 Monday through Friday, and any other necessary resources) on a SSA-owned INTECOM E (Version 12) telephone switch and ancillary equipment. The switch and ancillary equipment [which includes approximately 1,500 telephones of various types, a LAN based Centergy ACD system, a Integretrak CDR system, a Call Wise voice mail system and a battery back-up (UPS)], are installed at 1 Jamaica Plaza in Jamaica, NY. The required maintenance and on-site support services will include but not be limited to managing system operations, preventative, remedial and routine maintenance, inspections, on going monitoring, installation services, add, move and change services, system programming, technical design, technical consultative services, and user training services. The contractor shall keep the equipment operating at peak efficiency in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications, practices and benchmarks. System remote monitoring, diagnostics and repair services for assisting the dedicated on-site technician during trouble calls must be provided. Vendors capable of satisfying the above maintenance requirements are invited to submit information on their capabilities, customer references, and GSA Federal Supply Schedule or commercial prices. When responding to this announcement, respondents should refer to NEPSC MAINTENANCE. Responses must be in writing and should be submitted to the address cited above by SSA's close of business on December 30, 2002. The Government does not intend to pay for information received.
