Description

Consolidated Custodial Services for RAF Mildenhall (Est. 511K SF), RAF Lakenheath to include RAF Feltwell (Est. 590K SF), AMC Passenger Terminal at RAF Mildenhall (Est. 33K SF), DoDDS Facilities at RAF Lakenheath and RAF Feltwell (Est. 445K SF), and the Commissary Facilities at RAF Lakenheath (Est. 46K SF). The period of performance will be a base period of six months, commencing on 1 April 2003, with four option years. The total estimated period is four years six months. The intent is for a single consolidated award, however if more advantageous, the Gov't. will consider multiple awards. In order to be considered for the award for RAF Mildenhall, RAF Lakenheath, to include RAF Feltwell, or DoDDS Facilities, contractors must be registered with the Criminal Records Bureau (0870 90 90 811). The following building types need to be cleaned: High Admin Areas, Admin Areas, Child Development Centers, Gymnasiums, Classrooms, Retail Areas, and Distribution Centers. The service includes the following primary tasks: Maintain floors, Removal of trash, Window cleaning, and Restroom cleaning.
