Specifically, the unit shall be used for the curing of thermosetting powder coatings. The overall dimensions of the oven defined below must not exceed the dimensions defined below. The entire unit including all appurtenances should be designed to fit into either (a) or (b): (a) 24' l x 14' w x 12' h; (b) 19.5' l x 14' w x 13.5' h. If ovens are to be designed to fit into space (a), booths must be designed to fit into space (b) or vice versa. Minimum interior dimensions should be 17' l x 10' w. Steel girders limit building interior height to between 12' at 2'6" from wall and 15'6" at 8'6" from wall. All pieces of the unit shall be designed to fit through either a 12' w x 13' h or 12' w x 18' h opening prior to assembly. The powder coating spray booth is a self-contained work environment including lighting, dust collection apparatus, and electrical control panel. Specifically, the unit shall be used for the batch, short-run, or special thermoset powder coating application of aircraft ground support equipment. The burn-off oven should provide a temperature range of 750-800oF and produce very low emissions to meet CA standards. It should have a minimum afterburner T of 1400oF measured at the ? second point of the afterburner. The overall dimensions of the oven defined below must not exceed the dimensions defined below. The entire unit including all appurtenances should be designed to fit into a 21' l x 15' w x 12' h area. Minimum interior dimensions should be 15' l x 12' w x 10' h. Steel girders limit building interior height to between 12' at 2'6" from wall and 15'6" at 8'6" from wall. All pieces of the unit shall be designed to fit through either a 12' w x 13' h or 12' w x 18' h opening prior to assembly. It is expected that the electrical requirement shall be for 460V, 3 ph power. The ovens are required to use <1 mil BTU/hr. Please discuss the utility requirements of your equipment if they deviate from these figures. Brochure type photos would be helpful, as well as an approximate price and General Service Administration (GSA) availability.
