Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The U.S. Customs Service intends to solicit and award a purchase order to Innovation Data Processing for the FDR/Compaktor (786 MSUS), ABR (786 MSUS), & instant back-up-HDS (786 MSUS). The award is a renewal to an existing requirement at the U.S. Customs Service facility at the following address: 7681 Boston Blvd., Springfield, VA 22153. This award will be processed under the authority of 10 USCS 23 ,(1), ?Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the requirements of the government, due to proprietary rights to data. This notice of intent IS NOT a request for competitive proposals, however prospective contractors who believe they can successfully propose must provide specific detailed technical documentation to support such claims and abilities. No award will be made on the basis of any proposals or other information received in response to this notice as this is a notification of intent to acquire and not a request for proposals
