Description

NA Level of Interest Survey - As a result of the limited response that was received to the subject draft request for proposal on 25 Nov 2002, entitled DTRIAC Competitive Follow-On ID/IQ Procurement, draft solicitation number DTRA01-02-R-0006, a copy of which may be accessed at website http://dtriac.dtra.mil/, consideration is being given to using other than full and open competition for this procurement. Responses to this notice will be a key factor in the Government's decision regarding which procurement method to pursue. The Government requests that any and all prospective participants in this procurement who intend to submit a formal proposal as prime contractor in response to the release of the formal request for proposal, should now make their intent to submit their pro posals known to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency contract specialist identified below. Responses to this survey must be received no later than close of business, Friday, December 20th 2002. Any questions concerning this survey, and/or responses to this survey may be addressed to Mr. Shawn Kerkes, contract specialist, at electronic mail address: shawn.kerkes@dtra.mil.
