- Description
- Provide Operation and Maintenance and Facility Management in accordance with the requirements at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center (ITC), 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Washington, D. C. for an initial period of one year effective November 1, 2002 with the Government having the unilateral option to extend services for four (4) consecutive periods of one year each. GSA is issuing solicitation GS11P02ZGC0210 only electronically on or about June 26, 2002. Interested parties may access the solicitation file at http://www.eps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file. There will be no bidders list for this procurement and no hard copies will be provided. There will be a pre-bid conference held in the Amphitheater, Ronald Reagan Building and ITC, 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Washington, D. C. on July 18, 2002 at 1:00 pm. At that time, questions regarding this solicitation will be answered and a packet containing the Standard Form 33, Solicitation, Offer and Award, GSA Form 521, Contractor's Qualifications and Financial Information, SF-LLL, Disclosures of Lobbying Activities and the SF-3881, ACH Vendor/Miscellaneous Payment Enrollment Form will be given out or you may download all forms (with exception of SF-33) from the following website: http://www.gsa.gov/forms. It is highly advisable that you attend this meeting. Please send email to confirm your attendance to : Helen.Alsop@gsa.gov. The proposal due date is scheduled for August 27, 2002 at 2:00 pm.
