- Description
- KRASSEL DISTRICT OFFICE RE-ROOF PROJECT consists of but not limited to: The removal of the existing 4-ply built-up asphalt roofing system (approximate 3,600 sq ft, 60 foot x 60 foot), removal and replacement of approximately 20 sheets of delaminated plywood roof sheathing, removal of existing drip edging, installation of new drip edging, and installation of new roofing materials. The project is located at the Krassel Ranger District Office at 500 North Mission Street in McCall, Idaho in T.18N., R.3E., Section 8, Boise Meridian. Est. start date is July 22, 2002 with 21 days for completion of the project. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside. The solicitation for this project will be posted in approximately 15 days. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (02-JUL-2002).
