- Description
- Partnering facilitation services during design and construction of $22 Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ), Naval Station Bremerton, Bremerton, WA. The partnering facilitator shall provide meeting planning and partnering facilitation services as least quarterly over the duration of the design and construction effort, approximately two years. Meeting room, audio-visual equipment, etc., to be provided by partnering participants vice facilitator. Location of partnering sessions shall be within a 30 mile radius of Bremerton, Washington. Initial partnering session is anticipated to take place February 2003 and quarterly thereafter. Award shall be made on the basis of best value and evaluation shall consist of two factors: Factor I ? Past Performance and Experience; Factor II ? Price. Factor's I and II are equal in importance. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. NAICS code 541990 applies with a size standard of $6.0M. The solicitation will be posted on the NAVFAC web site located at: www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. The solicitation will not be mailed to offerors. Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation off of the web site. Solicitation to be available on or about 18 December 2002.
