Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICIATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation No.Q5297030033 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and will be awarded as a firm fixed price order for Commercial Items, using simplified acquisition procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334513, the size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-25. The solicitation items are as follows: The potential supplier shall furnish and deliver Line ITem 0001-- Qty 15 each Mfr: YSI Model: 600R-BCR-C-T Description: YSI Model 600R Multi-Parameter Sensor Sonde with Conductivity, Temperature and Bulkhead Connector, Includes Sensor Guard, Plus RS-232 and SDI-12 Comunications Interfaces and Eco-Watch for Windows Software, Line ITem 0002- Qty 15 each Mfr: YSI Model 6091 Description: YSI 15foot underwater detachable field cable Line Item 0003-Qty 1 each, Mfr: YSI, Model 6095B Description: YSI cable adapter "Y" cable with field cable connector (MS-8) pc Connector (DB-9) and Power Connector (MS-4) Line ITem 0004-Qty 1 each Mfr: YSI Model 6100, Description: YSI cable adapter, attaches 6095B cable adapter (SDI-12) to external power connector for 12 VDC battery, 6 feet. All costs for shipping shall be included FOB: Destination-Everglades National Park, 40001 State Road 9336, Homestead, Florida 33034, Attn: Supply. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination.
