Description

The Federal Executive Institute in Charlottesville, VA will be issuing a Request for Quotations (RFQ) that will lead to the establishment of multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA's) for the provision of instructional services. FEI provides residential executive education for senior career officials in the Federal Government. FEI educational efforts include a four-week Leadership for a Democratic Society program for 65-70 executives in an interagency environment and two-day to one-week residential programs for 15-45 executives that represent both interagency and single agency audiences through FEI?s Center for Executive Leadership. The contractors would be responsible for providing instructional services in any or all of the following areas: (1) Courses in the Leadership for a Democratic Society Program, (2) Courses under the Center for Executive Leadership, (3) small group team facilitation under the Leadership for a Democratic Society program, (4) custom leadership services for the custom design work of the Center for Executive Leadership, and (5) Executive Coaching under the Center for Executive Leadership. The BPAs will be awarded for five years, subject to annual review. The RFQ will be available electronically at least 15 days after the date of this posting, through the Federal Government?s procurement Website (http://www.fbo.gov). Upon downloading the RFQ, please send an electronic mail message to ELCRAFT@OPM.GOV containing your company's name and address. This is a total small business set-aside. For this procurement a company is considered small if it has gross average annual sales for the proceeding three years of less than $6.0 million. All responsible small businesses may submit an offer that will be considered. The NAICS code for this action is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training, Size Standard $6.0 Million.
