- This is a Request For Quote (RFQ) for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR SUBPART 12.6 as supplemented with additional information provided in this notice. The Government will award resulting from this RFQ to the lowest, responsible offeror. This RFQ is FOB Destination. All cost related to freight must be included in the line item price. Instalation is not required for this equipment, however vendor must supply operating instructions with the equipment. FOB Origin pricing will deem the offeror non-responsive. LINE ITEM #1. The date and time for receipt of quotes is December 27, 2002 by 2:00 p.m.,MST. Quotes must indicate solicitation No., description of the item(s) being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitations, terms of any expressed warranty, price and any discount terms, remit to address, a completed copy of representations and certifications at FAR 52.212-3, and acknowledgement of all amendments, if any. All proposals that fail to furnish required representations and certifications or information or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. The Government may make award without discussions with Offerors; therefore, the Offerors initial proposal should contain Offerors best pricing. Any amendments hereby issued to this solicitation shall be synopsized in the same manner as this solicitation and must be acknowledged by each Offeror. Offeror must hold prices firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers. Quotes received at the address specified, for the receipt of proposals after the exact time specified, may not be considered.
