Description

This requirement is being procured in accordance with Part 15 and Part 36 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The National Park Service intends to issue a Request for Proposal for Rehabilitation of Landscape and Historic Structures. Location: New Orleans Jazz National Historical Park, New Orleans, Louisiana. The work consists of the contractor providing all materials, labor, parts, tools, equipment, supervision and all other incidentals as necessary for rehabilitation of three (3) existing historic structures, new utility services and connections and new exterior hardscape and landscape improvements. The solicitation will consist of base bid and thirteen (13) additives. The date, time and location of the pre-bid meeting will be incorporated into the solicitation document. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 233320. The size standard is $27.5 million. The price range is $1,000,000.00 - $5,000,000.00. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. This solicitation will be issued electronically on the Department of Interior's National Business Center (NBC) web site at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. All offerors must have a DUNS number in order to download the solicitation. Please contact Dun and Bradstreet at 1-800-333-0505 to receive a DUNS number. HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT AVAILABLE. The solicitation will be available on or about January 31, 2003.
