Description

NCBC Gulfport intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Edmar Corp., D/B/A Oreck Commercial Sales to provide Air Purification Units, Filters, and Scent Tabs. This will provide the Naval Construction Battalion Center, Gulfport, BEQ to conform both by function, appearance, and supplies to the Oreck #AT$PK& units already in use. The Oreck product was chosen for its appearance, function, ease of installation and cost. No solicitation is available. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by identifying themselves and giving written notification to the Contracting Officer within fifteen (15) calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. Information received as a result of this synopsis will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The final determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based on any information provided, is solely within the discretion of the Government. All questions concerning this RFQ must be submitted in writing, FAX 228-871-3212. No telephone requests will be accepted.
