Description

s maintenance for Microsoft Premier Support from Microsoft, Charlotte, NC. This maintenance provides up to 200 hours of a TAM's tim (Technical Account Manager) for proactive, technical consulting and account management services; 50 technical support instances which include hot fixes, critical problem alerts, and multivendor coordination; technical incormations services which includes newsflashes, expert roundtable participation, unlimited-user servicedesk license for an unlimited number of user to access the world-wide web, one MS TechNet Plus Subscription, and one MS Developer Network Subscription. This requirement is being purchase directly from Microsoft on a sole source basis. Therefor, no solicitation will result from this announcement. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (12-OCT-2001). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 19-DEC-2002.
